Shipping Rates
Rate Explanation
Shipping rates are calculated on a customer friendly flat rate basis up to a maximum of 5 items. An additional subsidized shipping fee of $10 US will apply to orders over 5 items, up to a maximum of 15 items, where after you will be instructed to call us for a quote based on the volume of your purchase.
Shipping Territory
Volume Wireless will ship to any address (based on our discretion) within Canada or the United States.Customs/Duty Importation Fee's
You will not incur any customs or duty fee's with the above shipping methods anywhere in Canada or the United States. We only use shipping methods that will not incur these fee's for our clients.
Transit Times
The shipping times stated above are in relation to the shipping company's guarantee. Once the item is passed on to the respective shipping company we can not guarantee this shipping time to be 100% accurate, as we do not control the item once the package has left our possession.
Shipping Methods
Our primary shipping method is UPS. We also utilize FedEx as a backup.
Warehouse Location
Our primary shipping warehouse is located in Montréal, QC, Canada. Products are typically shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days (pending stock availability) from the purchase date, upon successfully receiving and approving payment.
Returns:
Normal Returns
Volume Wireless will accept returns if the product arrives back to us in brand new condition (resellable with no scratches, alterations or missing contents).
Returns must be shipped back to us within 10 days from the invoice date with less than 30 minutes of talk time with all instruction manuals, cables, plastic coverings and accessories.
Devices returned with over 30 min of talk time, or received after the allowable time frame will be returned to the sender immediately. A 10% restocking fee will apply to eligible returns. An additional 10% restocking fee will apply if the product is returned incomplete, missing accessories, or any parts initially shipped with the package.Upon accepting an eligible return, Volume Wireless will refund the sale price of the product purchased only, less the applicable restocking fee(s). Initial shipping/return shipping costs are non refundable.
Open Box & Refurbished Product Returns
All open box and refurbished items are a final sale. We will accept the item back for a store credit, as long as it is returned to us in it's original shipping state with less than 30 min of talk time. Open box and refurbished items will not be accepted back for any reason once 30 min has been incurred on the talk timer.
Complete Extended Warranty Returns
Your device would of been shipped with information in regards to your warranty. If you don't have your extended warranty information, please contact us and we will provide you with the third party contact information. Please DO NOT ship any product back to us until you speak with us to obtain an RMA number, which you will write on the returned package to ensure accuracy. Order Cancellation
Cancelled orders will incur a $10 processing fee.DOA Policy
Volume Wireless will replace defective products within 10 business days from the invoice date. Devices returned with any form of physical, or water damage will not meet our DOA criteria and be returned to the sender immediately. All DOA returns are subject to inspection upon arrival.
Returned products must come back to us complete with everything in the box, including instruction manuals, battery, cables, chargers, etc. If products come back to us incomplete, or damaged it will be declined and returned to the sender.
PLEASE NOTE
- All shipping costs associated with returned items are solely the responsibility of the buyer.
- All returns subject to inspection and approval upon arrival within the allowable time frame. Volume Wireless reserves the right to classify product condition and decline any return if they fall outside of our return criteria.
- No returns will be accepted after 10 days from the invoice date for any reason.
- Shipping charges are non refundable under any circumstances.
