New Product Warranty Coverage
Unless otherwise specified, all brand new handsets and OEM accessories come with a one year manufacturer's warranty.
Open Box/Refurbished Product Warranty Coverage
Open box and refurbished devices do not come with a warranty of any kind, although you may be able to contact the manufacturer directly to see if they will still honor a warranty (many times they will if the initial customers invoice was under 365 days old, however we cannot guarantee this).
We will honor an exchange on defective products within 10 days and under 30 minutes of talk time on the devices call timer. Please refer to the Shipping and Returns section of our website for more information.
How To Claim Your Warranty
All warranty claims placed after 10 days (or over 30 minutes of talk time, whichever comes first) from the initial invoice date will have to be directed to the manufacturer and will be subject to the manufacturer's terms and warranty policies, when applicable.
The manufacturers warranty is a completely separate entity from Volume Wireless and may be restricted to geographical constraints. The manufacturer determines which Country the product will be serviced in, dependant on It's place of origin (could be outside of Canada , or the US ).
Extended Warranty Coverage
Our third party Complete Warranty* may also be purchased (available on any NEW handset, or Bluetooth headset), which will guarantee your device being repaired domestically (within North America) and a replacement, or repaired device being issued within 14 days.
The extended warranty cannot be purchased on open box/refurbished products.
Volume Wireless will not be responsible for any warranty claims after 10 days from the invoice date.
*No warranty covers any form of physical, or water damage.
Non Warranty Repairs
Volume Wireless will have any device assessed free by one of our technicians. Repair costs will be quoted to the client and approval will be requested prior to proceeding with any parts/labor repair.
Shipping costs (both ways) are the responsibility of the sender.
